Direct composite restorations of anterior and posterior teeth are a very desirable treatment choice for clinicians motivated to provide affordable conservative, functional and long-lasting aesthetic solutions. The quality and longevity of composite restorations have improved significantly over the past decades because of enhancements in composite physical and optical properties along with significant developments in adhesive technology. Using improved clinical techniques and state-of-the-art composite systems, clinicians can create beautiful restorations that mimic natural tooth structure and meet their patients’ highest expectations This course is intended to enhance knowledge and clinical skills in direct composite procedures, based on scientifically valid information and personal clinical experience. The main goal is to share with practitioners a clinically conservative and predictable approach applicable in daily practice.
