If you are a current ADA member and have not been allocated a Web Login, simply complete the form below for immediate processing.
You will need to enter your Federal ADA membership number (see your recently issued membership card), your last name, a valid email address and a password. If you do not know or have forgotten your Federal ADA membership number, Click Here to lookup your number.
Once verified, a web login will be created automatically providing you with access to the members only area. You must join in order to access the Members Extranet.
Once you have joined, you may login to the Extranet using your Federal ADA membership number and the Password you have chosen.
