Sharyn Dunn

Manager, Education and Advisory Services 
Sharyn has been with ADAQ for over ten years, working in our Education and Advisory Services Team. Sharyn is also the Manager of the ADAQ RTO, overseeing the delivery of training for Certificates III and IV in Dental Assisting. Sharyn has extensive practical experience in the Dental industry having worked in private practice as a Dental Assistant and then Practice Manager. Sharyn holds a Diploma of Quality Auditing, Diploma of Training and Assessment, Diploma of Practice Management, as well as Dental Assisting and sterilisation qualifications.

Lauren Agius

Education and Practice Advisor

Since beginning her career in the dental industry in 2008, Lauren has worked in various commercial enterprises and acquired extensive hands-on experience in all areas relevant to the dental practice. Lauren is based on the Gold Coast where she has spent many years as a Practice Manager and believes that a high performing team is key to a successful practice. In her current role, she is responsible for providing advice and assistance with infection control, documentation, practice management, radiation, accreditation and staff training including delivering formal Certificate III and Certificate IV Dental Assisting qualifications.

 


Maricel Moss

Education and Practice Advisor 

Maricel is a qualified Dental Assistant, and she has been in the dental industry for more than 20 years where she had the opportunity to work in numerous places across Australia as well as overseas. Maricel's previous roles include being a Senior Infection Control Officer for a private practice in Hobart, a Dental Assistant for Tasmania Health Services and a Senior Dental Assistant for Christmas and the Cocos Keeling Islands. Maricel relocated to Queensland to pursue a career working as a Training and Practice Consultant for ADAQ. Maricel is known for her personal approach to teaching and high quality training in infection control.
