Payment Options

OPTION 1 – Pay in full:

Is there any benefit for me to pay in full?

Yes! If you choose to pay in full prior to 30 June 2020 then you can claim your membership (and insurance renewal) as a tax deduction in your 2019-2020 tax return. Alternatively, you will need to wait until the following years tax return.

OPTION 2 – Quarterly payments:

Can I pay quarterly?

Yes! For the first time, ADAQ is offering Membership payments quarterly. When you go to renew online, select quarterly payments. You will need to fill in the direct debit form and return to membership@adaq.com.au

What dates will my payments for quarterly Membership be taken?

  1. 30th June 2020
  2. 30th September 2020
  3. 30th December 2020
  4. 30th March 2021

Am I charged an admin fee for choosing quarterly?

No, you will not be charged an admin fee.

What are my payment options?

  1. Credit card: pay your fees in full by using your credit card online. You will not be charged any fees
  2. BPAY: access your invoice to access the BPAY reference numbers

Please note BPAY and EFT can take up to 3 business days to process

Can I pay both my membership and insurance quarterly?

Unfortunately, we could not reach an agreement with QBE to offer quarterly payments for your insurance premiums. Therefore, on 30 June 2020 you will be required to pay your insurance premium in full but only a quarter of your ADAQ Membership subscription.

For more information and to read the terms and conditions, please refer to the direct debit form.

OPTION 3 - Deferment:

What does deferment mean?

ADAQ recognises that COVID-19 has impacted our Members. This year you can choose to defer your Membership (and Insurance) subscription fees until the 1st of October 2020. You can pay anytime between 1 July and 1 October 2020, however you must pay in full and later on cannot opt for quarterly payments.
