Annual General Meeting 2020

ADAQ is committed to ensuring the Association aspires to, and achieves best practice, in our governance structure and processes. Council has endorsed a number of proposed constitutional changes to further enhance our governance. 

ADAQ is seeking the support of Members in actioning these changes at the 2020 AGM to be held on Thursday 26 November.

Pre-AGM Webinar: 2020 Proposed Constitutional Changes

The pre-AGM webinar provides Members with the opportunity to ask the panel questions regarding the 2020 proposed constitution changes.

The panel will feature:

  • Dr Norah Ayad, ADAQ President
  • Dr Alex Forrest, ADAQ Senior Vice President
  • Dr Adrian Frick, ADAQ Immediate Past President
  • Mr Manuel Garcia, ADAQ Skills-based Councillor (Finance)

And will be facilitated by Dr Tish Lo.

AGM Event Registration

Attendance at the AGM is available via in-person or webinar.

Due to COVID-19 we ask that those interested in attending the AGM in-person please register ahead of time.

Due to COVID-19, ASIC has released a determination allowing hybrid AGM'S to be held, along with the ability for voting by poll. (for AGM's held before 21 May 2020).

If you are unable to join the meeting either in-person or online, and you would like to vote, please submit a proxy form before the deadline.
